Wait, so did he stay in the timeline? Because I always thought how stupid it was when Zelda sent Link back KNOWING Ganondorf would eventually be freed. I just wanted Link to man up and stay. Honestly, all he missed was 7 years of cowering and bloodshed.

I don't really know about that. I guess what I wanted to show in this picture is more a goodbye between true friends that have fought side by side and not a goodbye as cold as the one that happened at the end of OoT(in my opinion). =]

If you think about it, this is more harsh because Zelda is basically playing hard to get, then leaving Link. No matter how you look at it, it's the same thing.
