Sakura is currently learning that’s it’s NOT a good idea to test Itachi’s patience.
Her heated words and constant attempts to kick him earned her a nice bruise across the face and strained position to calm her down, gripping her neck with one hand and the other digging its fingers in her back to make sure she stays put.

At the beginning with the sketch, the picture was pretty violent and Itachi started to actually scare the hell out of me so I had to change a few things to make it less violent-looking and Itachi less like a psychopath.
