They are only working on taijustu which explains the absence of weapons. Only hand to hand combat.
Sakura is very focused whereas Itachi looks like his having the time of his life. (Because he knows what’s in it for him once he wins ).

The image and more specifically the background is blurred since the characters are in movement.
Finally, the only thing I can add is that I’m please with how it came out and it makes me think about all those scenes in fanfics where Itachi and Sakura are sparring together.
